BMI Coverland (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
BMI Coverland (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows: Three different people can win back the amount they spent on their BMI Coverland Roof Tiles and components between the 18th of Feb and the 30th of April – this excludes trusses and labour.
Entrants may not be BMI Coverland (Pty) Ltd staff members or family of staff members.
All winners, will be required to provide all purchase documentation before receipt of winnings. You are only allowed to enter 1 x roof at a time. So if you have spent a lump sum on a number of roofs, you will only be eligible to enter one of those roofs at a time.
Only one roof per person may be selected as a winner for this competition. So if you are entering multiple roofs, you are only eligible to be selected once.
The prize is as stated and no other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
Winners will be chosen after the 30th of April at random by software, from all entries received and verified by BMI Coverland (Pty) Ltd and or its agents between Feb 18th and 30th of April. BMI Coverland also reserves the rights to randomly select a winner before the competition has ended.
The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
BMI Coverland (Pty) Ltd will notify the winner when and how the prize can be collected / is delivered.
BMI Coverland (Pty) Ltd decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current SA data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
